UMEKITA FLOOR where you can enjoy food in a cafeteria style
UMEKITA FLOOR is a restaurant area on the 6th floor of the North Building in the large facility “Grand Front Osaka” directly connected to Osaka Station. The entire floor is an open space with a modern and calm atmosphere.
There are currently 16 restaurants and bars on the floor where you can enjoy a variety of dishes. The feature here is that you can order your favorite menu at all restaurants and eat it at the open space table (cafeteria style). The restaurant and bar staff will serve your food to your table.
The bar also has original cocktails and local beer from Osaka, so you can quietly tilt the glass at the bar counter or enjoy your meal while gazing at the big city of Osaka at night. It is a dining space that you can enjoy even alone.
Large-scale renovated UMEKITA FLOOR. 6 new restaurants joined
Since the opening of Grand Front Osaka in 2013, UMEKITA FLOOR has been used by many customers as a unique dining zone where you can enjoy the cuisine of each restaurant on the floor.
They have welcomed 6 new restaurants, including new ones and relocations on the floor, and have carried out a large-scale renewal since the opening.
The new UMEKITA FLOOR is divided into four areas with different tastes. The first is the “main entrance area,” which is a calm and profound space with marble on the floor. The second is the “window area,” which features a glass wall and a good view. The third is the “back alley area,” which is full of hideaways. The fourth is the “wall area” where you can relax in a sofa-style chair.
It has been reborn to create a floor that suits the various scenes of visitors.
The new stores due to this renewal are the following 6 restaurants and bar.
“CHEESE KITCHEN RACLER” where you can enjoy cheeses from all over the world. “BAK” is a craft beer from Osaka that has interesting flavors such as eel and cucumber. “Sushi Fukuyoshi” emphasizes not only sushi ingredients but also rice. “Koji and Charcoal Yakitori Fermented Oden Ikkonsansai” where you can enjoy Obanzai and Oden using Japanese fermented seasonings. Authentic Osaka taste “Okonomiyaki Seijuro”. “MAMMA PARMA” slices Italian Parma ham in front of you and serves it.
